Dr Anne trained in Scotland but has practised in Melbourne since 2008. She has worked locally in the green wedge since 2016 (Diamond Creek and then Briar Hill) and is delighted to now be providing services to patients old and new at Sherbourne Road Medical. Her main areas of practice are skin cancer and women’s health. She works concurrently as a specialist women’s health GP at the Jean Hailes Melbourne CBD vulval clinic.

She is an Accredited Skin Cancer Doctor (Skin Cancer College Australasia) and an Australian Menopause Society Member. She is currently accepting new patients with skin cancer concerns or women’s health concerns.

Dr Anne offers 20 minute standard consultations.

*A limited skin check of up to 3 spots can be performed in a standard 20-minute appointment. If you have more than 3 spots of concern, please ensure to book a full skin check appointment (40 minutes).

Patients can also choose to book an double (extended) appointment if they believe that they are likely to require more than 20 minutes. 
Requests for hour-long appointments should be discussed in advance via the reception team.

Dr Anne’s Fees:

Dr Anne currently operates a ‘known out-of-pocket cost’ tariff for Medicare-rebateable consultations. Time-tiered out-of-pocket costs based on appointment time booked are added to the relevant Medicare item numbers to produce your final bill. This means that you will know up-front how much of your bill will not be covered by Medicare, but not what your total bill will be.

Once you have paid your bill in full and received your rebate back from Medicare you will be out-of-pocket the amount quoted below. Please note carefully that the out-of-pocket cost quoted is NOT the total consultation fee.

For non-Medicare services, patients should contact the clinic in advance to discuss their applicable fee.

Dr Anne also provides various skin excisions and women’s health procedures (IUDs, Implanons, pessary changes) – please call reception to discuss.
