Hours

Change to normal hours – Easter Public Holiday Weekend:
The clinic will be CLOSED from Good Friday 3rd April through to Easter Monday 6th April. This will include the clinic being CLOSED on Saturday 4th April. 
The clinic will reopen as normal from Tuesday 7th April 2026. Phone lines will open from 8am.

Normal Clinic hours are as follows:
Monday  – Thursday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
Friday – 8.00 am to 4.45 pm
Saturday – 8.30 am – 12.00 pm
Sunday & Public Holidays – CLOSED

Designated Results time – between 2-3pm Monday to Friday – phone call with our nurses

Please note: there may be times due to unforeseen circumstances of doctor absence that we are unable to remain open until the above closing times. We apologise in advance if the phone lines are closed earlier than advertised.

In the case of an emergency, please call 000.
If you require a doctor after normal hours, please call National Home Doctors service on 13 SICK (7425).
There is also North Eltham Urgent Care Clinic who are open from 8am until 10pm everyday of the year to assist you if urgent care is needed while we are closed. You may call on 9439 2222 or simply walk-in to address 1170 Main Road, Eltham.
