Patient Evaluation

As part of the continual quality improvement at the Clinic, we undergo a Practice Accreditation and Improvement Survey for our patients to complete. During the collection period the patients are asked to complete the questionnaire AFTER their consultation, and before they leave. This is carried out as a minimum once every three years. We value our patient feedback and we would like to share our latest results. We endeavour to address any areas of concern and make changes where possible.
